Liquidation of Companies

Company liquidation in Dubai is an insolvency operation in which a company is wound up and all of its properties are dissolved. The proceeds are used to repay debts, cover expenses, and distribute any residual excess to the company’s owners.

To close down a company in Dubai or anywhere else in the United Arab Emirates, you need to first appoint a liquidation firm. At your request, we will initiate the procedure with the announcement of a company’s entry into liquidation process and assure all statutory requirements are followed.

There are two types of company liquidation: Voluntary Liquidation and Compulsory Liquidation.
