Mr. Sreeprasad J.P. , with his 12+ years of experience with Multinational Companies in the roles of taxation and Corporate Finance, can understand the clients’ requirements and address them in a minimal time with the best possible options. He is also engaged in assessing implications of UAE VAT and Corporate tax on the client’s business, external and internal audits.

Through the many roles he has had over the years, he has gained a wealth of experience which he uses to provide insights to owners and top-level executives of companies in the UAE.

He is an expert in Business Valuation and gives strategies to make the deal happen in M&A Transaction Advisory services. He holds a Master’s degree in commerce.
